Results of Consumer Attitude Survey

Latest Consumer Attitude Survey results from the Food Standards Agency

The Food Standards Agency (FSA) have recently published the results of their 8th Consumer Attitude Survey 2007, the findings show that in the South West 64% of us are very concerned about food safety.

The Agency also asked consumers views on labelling topics and found;

 50% of us look for information on labels
 21% of us say that not enough information is provided
 42% of us find the print size hard to read
 33% of us find the labels hard to understand
 31% look for the general information, including instructions on storage ad use
 33% of us would still eat food past it’s Use-By Date
