Results of Consumer Attitude Survey
Latest Consumer Attitude Survey results from the Food Standards Agency
The Food Standards Agency (FSA) have recently published the results of their 8th Consumer Attitude Survey 2007, the findings show that in the South West 64% of us are very concerned about food safety.
The Agency also asked consumers views on labelling topics and found;
50% of us look for information on labels
21% of us say that not enough information is provided
42% of us find the print size hard to read
33% of us find the labels hard to understand
31% look for the general information, including instructions on storage ad use
33% of us would still eat food past it’s Use-By Date
